Inomoto Mobile Bar (“Inomoto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides mobile bartending and event bar services for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and private parties across Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Bulacan, and Pampanga, Philippines. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, inomotomobilebar.com, why we collect it, and how it is used, shared, and protected.

By using our website or submitting a form to request a quote, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you submit our contact form or use our Build Your Bar tool to request a quote, including:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Event date, guest count, and event type
• Package preference and any notes or details you share about your event

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you browse our site, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site (for example, from a Meta or Google ad), through the analytics and advertising tools described in Section 4.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare a personalized quote for your event
• Communicate with you about your booking, including by phone, email, or messaging apps
• Improve our website, offerings, and the accuracy of our quotes
• Measure and improve the performance of our advertising, including ads run on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraudulent or unauthorized activity

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond what is described in this policy without asking you first.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies provided by third parties to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our marketing. These currently include:

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — to understand site traffic and visitor behavior.
• Meta Pixel / Conversions API — when you arrive at our site from a Facebook or Instagram ad, or otherwise interact with our Meta ads, Meta may collect information about that visit to help us measure ad performance and show our ads to people likely to be interested in our services. Meta’s use of this information is governed by Meta’s own Privacy Policy.
• WPForms — the form plugin that securely processes and delivers your quote request to our team.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage the ads you see from Meta through your Facebook Ad Preferences. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of our site function.

5. Our advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

We advertise our services on Facebook and Instagram, which are owned by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you click one of our ads or submit a lead form, some information — such as the fact that you clicked our ad, and any details you choose to submit — may be shared between Meta and Inomoto Mobile Bar so we can follow up with you and measure how well our advertising is working. We only use this information to respond to your inquiry and improve our marketing; we do not sell it to third parties.

If you submitted your details through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad form directly on Meta’s platform rather than on our website, that submission is also subject to Meta’s own Privacy Policy and Advertising Policies.

6. How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with:

• Service providers who help us operate our business, such as our website host, form processor (WPForms), email provider, and analytics/advertising platforms (Google, Meta)
• Our own staff and bartending team, solely as needed to plan and deliver your event
• Authorities, if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Inomoto, our clients, or others

7. Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver services for a booked event, and meet our bookkeeping, tax, and legal obligations. If you did not book with us, we generally retain your inquiry details for a reasonable period in case you follow up, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).

8. Your rights under the Data Privacy Act

As a business operating in the Philippines, we process personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Under this law, you have the right to:

• Be informed that your personal data is being collected and processed
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data
• Object to or withdraw consent for the processing of your data
• Request the erasure or blocking of your data, where applicable

10. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to third-party sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, or vendor partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
